As a result of these inspections, a Notice of Amendment, CPF 4-2013-5012M, was issued on May 1, 2013 to Enterprise Products Operating, LLC (Enterprise). On May 30, 2013, Enterprise Products Operating, LLC (Enterprise) responded to the NOA. Based upon review of the response letter and a subsequent meeting held on January 23, 2014, it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
