Enable was formerly known as Centerpoint Energy Gas Transmission Co. and Mississippi River Transmission Co. As a result of the inspection, Enable was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 1, 2014. Enable submitted the requested procedural modifications on May 15, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and requested additional changes on May 20th . The additional changes were received in our office on May 27, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
