As a result of the inspection, NGPL was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 3, 2014, which proposed amendment of your procedures. NGPL submitted the requested procedural modification on January 2, 2015. The submittal was received in my office on January 7, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedure, and the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
