As a result of these inspections, a Notice of Amendment, CPF 4-2014-1013M, was issued on December 10, 2014 to Cardinal Gas Storage Partners ("Cardinal"). On February 24, 2015, Cardinal responded to the NOA. My staff reviewed amended procedure, and the inadequacies outlined m this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
