As a result of the inspection, EMPCo was issued a Notice of Amendment on September 9, 2014, which proposed amendment of your procedures. EMPCo submitted the requested procedural modification on October 17, 2014. The submittal was received in my office on October 24, 2014. My staff reviewed the amended procedure, and the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
