Box 22186, Mail Drop 27 Tulsa, OK 74172 CPF 4-2014-5037M Dear Mr. Pearson: From April 12, 2013 – April 3, 2014, representatives of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code inspected the Magellan Pipeline Company, LP (Magellan) procedures and records for their Control Room Management Program, Operations and Maintenance Plan, and Integrity Management Plan. As a result of the inspection, Magellan was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 16, 2014, which proposed amendment of your procedures. Magellan submitted the requested procedural modification on February 2, 2015. The submittal was received in my office on February 5, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedure, and the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
