As a result of the inspection, American Midstream was issued a Notice of Amendment on April 20, 2015, which proposed amendment of your procedures. American Midstream submitted the requested procedural modification on June 26, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedure, and the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
