As a result of the inspection, Phillips 66 was issued a Notice of Amendment on March 31, 2015. Phillips 66 submitted the requested procedural amendments on April 24, 2015. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected.
