This Notice cited Magellan for a violation of 49 CFR 195.264(b) (Item 2) and included a Warning Item based on 49 CFR 195.64 (Item 1). The Region is withdrawing Item 2 of the Notice as well as the Proposed Compliance Order. The Warning Item remains on record as issued.
