As a result of the inspection, it appears that you have committed a probable violation of the Pipeline Safety Regulations, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations. The items inspected and the probable violation is' (a) Each cathodic protection system required by this subpart must provide a level of cathodic protection that comphes with one or moi e of the applicable criteria contained in Appendix jjt of this part. XTO failed to provide a level of cathodic protection (CP) that comphes with one or more of the applicable criteria contained in Appendix D Inadequate CP levels existed on XTO's onshore buried 2" service gas pipehne during 2005, 2006, and 2007, at the following test stations.#
