As a result of the inspection, Kern River Gas Transmission Company was issued a Notice of Amendment on May 5, 2011, which proposed amendment of your procedures. This notice was rescinded, and a revised Notice of Amendment was issued on May 9, 2011. Kern River Gas Transmission Company submitted its amended procedures on July 29, 2011. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
