Box 909 Laurel, MT 59044-0909 CPF 5-2011-5016M Dear Mr. Traeger: On August 16 through September 3, 2010, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, inspected Cenex Pipeline Company’s (Cenex) operation and maintenance procedures in Laurel, Montana. As a result of the inspection, Cenex was issued a Notice of Amendment on December 30, 2011, which proposed amendment of your operation and maintenance procedures. Cenex responded with amended procedures on February 29, 2012 and on April 17, 2012.
