As a result of the inspection, the City of Palo Alto (City) was issued a Notice of Amendment on March 28, 2012, which proposed amendment of your OQ program procedures. The City submitted its amended procedures on May 12, 2012, and again on June 28, 2013. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. This letter is to inform you no further action is necessary and this case is now closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
