Curry President Chevron Pipeline Company 400 Fournace Place Bellaire, TX 77401 CPF 5-2012-0013M Dear Mr. Curry: In May 2011, a representative of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pursuant to Chapter 601 of 49 United States Code, performed an inspection Chevron Pipeline Company’s Integrity Management Program. As a result of the inspection, Chevron Pipeline Company was issued a Notice of Amendment (NOA) on May 22, 2012. Chevron Pipeline Company submitted its amended procedures on August 27, 2012. My staff reviewed the amended procedures, and it appears that the inadequacies outlined in this Notice of Amendment have been corrected. Accordingly, this case is now closed and no further action is contemplated with respect to the matters involved in this case. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
