(1) Respondent's shipping paper did not provide the information (UN ID number and proper shipping name) as required by the HMR which was in violation of 49 C.F.R. §§ 171.2(a)-(b); and 172.201(e).(2) Respondent was not registered with the DOT as an offeror of placarded quantities of hazardous materials at the time of the inspection which was in violation of 49 C.F.R. §§ 171.2(a)-(b), 107.601(a) and 107.608(b).#
