PHMSA GD Team requested:  GD.AR.RCOM.REPAIR.P - Re-presented to the TD.ICP subgroup. Removed the 192.485(a)/(b) code references and considerations which do not apply to Distribution. Kept the 192.487 and 192.489 references, which do apply to distribution.  GD.TD.ICP.REPAIR.R - Moved question to GD.AR.RCOM so that it resides with the corresponding REPAIR.P question above. Re-presented the question back to the TD.ICP subgroup, so that it appears in both locations with the .P but needs answered only once.
