IA.GD.2021.02 – (Iowa Utilities Board) a. b. Created the updated IA.GD PRS based on updated Federal GD.2021.02 PRS. One new Federal GD question (TD.ICP.EVALUATE.P) was carried over to IA.GD. 2. WA.GD.2021.02 – (Washington UTC) a. b. c. Created the new WA.GD PRS based on updated Federal GD.2021.02 PRS. Created a new “WUTC O&M Inspection” directive and applied 130 questions (presented 146 times). One new Federal GD question (TD.ICP.EVALUATE.P) was carried over to WA.GD and updated with WA-specific information. 3. UT.GD.2021.02 – (Utah Department of Commerce / Division of Public Utilities) – NEW a. b. c. This is the first application of Utah to IA. Created the new UT.GD PRS based on updated Federal GD.2021.02 PRS. Created the new “UTAH Master Meter” directive and applied 32 questions (presented 38 times). Gas Transmission (GT) 1. WA.GT.2021.02 – (Washington UTC) a. b. Created the new WA.GT PRS based on updated Federal GT.2021.02 PRS. Created the new “WUTC Standard Inspection” directive and applied 203 questions (presented 224 times). c. Created the new “WUTC O&M Inspection” directive and applied 227 questions (presented 242 times). Hazardous Liquid (HL) 1. CASFM.HL.2021.02 – (California State Fire Marshal) a. b. Created the new CASFM.HL PRS based on updated Federal HL.2021.02 PRS. Re-created the “CA_SFM Standard Annual Pipeline” directive and re-applied 35 questions (presented 46 times), which also involved changing some of the questions in the directive from the previous PRS. 2. WA.HL.2021.02 – (Washington UTC) a. Created the new WA.HL PRS based on updated Federal HL.2021.02 PRS. b. Created the new “WUTC Standard Inspection” directive and applied 187 questions (presented 215 times). c.
