Cause detail: GRADING CONTRACTOR MOVING DIRT FOR A NEW HOUSING DEVELOPMENT RUPTURED A 24" STEEL NATURAL GAS PIPELINE WITH A BULLDOZER. ESCAPING GAS TRAVELED THROUGH HIGH VOLTAGE POWER LINES OVERHEAD THUS GIVING GAS AND DESTROYING THE BULLDOZER AND DAMAGING A NEARBY TRUCK. OPERATOR OF BULLDOZER ESCAPED UNHARMED.
