Cause detail: THIS PIPELINE SEGMENT WAS INSPECTED IN 1999 USING A HIGH RESOLUTION MAGNETIC FLUX LEAKAGE TOOL AND IN NOVEMBER 2002, WITH A HIGH RESOLUTION CIRCUMFERENTIALLY ORIENTED MAGNETIC FLUX (TFI) TOOL WITH NO INDICATION BY EITHER DEVICE OF AN ANOMALY AT THE LEAK LOCATION.
