Cause detail: LEAK WAS FOUND DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS WHILE CHECKING RECTIFIER IN THE SAME GENERAL AREA ON 6/8/04. LEAK WAS NOT DETERMINED TO BE REPORTABLE AT FIRST, HOWEVER ONCE LEAK WAS EXPOSED IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A 40 FOOT SECTION OF PIPE NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. BECAUSE OF THE TIME AND LABOR INVOLVED ON THE REPAIR, THE COST EDGED ABOVE THE $50,000 REPORTING LIMIT AND WAS REPORTED ON 6/11/04.
