Cause detail: ON 7/26/2015, HEBERT CONTROL RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM A THIRD PARTY OF SOME DISCOLORATION ON THE GROUND BEHIND TANK 2611. OPERATIONS PERSONNEL RESPONDED AND FOUND THE MANWAY BOLTS WERE SEEPING. THE MANWAY BOLTS WERE RETORQUED AND THE SEEPAGE STOPPED. THE CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS EXCAVATED FOR DISPOSAL UNDER TCEQ GUIDELINES.
