Cause detail: THE LEAK WAS AT THE 9:00 O� CLOCK POSITION AND IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED LEAK WAS WAS CAUSED BY INTERNAL CORROSION. A HIGH PRESSURE CLAMP WAS INSTALLED, LINE WAS THEN RECOATED AND PUT IT BACK IN SERVICE.
