Cause detail: A SMALL PINHOLE LEAK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE DES MOINES A BRANCH LINE (IAB65001) WHERE IT CROSSED BEAVER CREEK IN THE CAMP DODGE, IA PROPERTY. THE LEAK WAS ABOUT 3 FEET FROM THE EAS BANK UNDER 10 INCHES OF WATER. A COFFER DAM HAD TO BE BUILT TO REPAIR THE LEAK. THE ENTIRE CREEK WAS RETURNED TO ITS NATURAL STATE AFTER THE REPAIR.
