Cause detail: THE PROCESS COIL IN INDIRECT BATH HEATER RUPTURED (CAUSE UNDETERMINED AT THIS TIME) RELEASING NATURAL GAS INTO BATH SOLUTION CHAMBER. THE GAS IN THE CHAMBER IGNITED RESULTING IN AN EXPLOSION OCCURING IN THE VESSEL. FINAL REPORT UPDATE: CAUSE WAS INTERNAL CORROSION.
