Cause detail: BUBBLING ACTIVITY WAS NOTICED BY EMPLOYEES IN THE PIPELINE GENERAL LOCATION. UPON INVESTIGATION A PINHOLE LEAK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE 30-INCH SELA "B" LINE. THE PINHOLE WAS LOCATED AT THE SIX O'CLOCK POSITION, A REPAIR CLAMP WAS INSTALLED.
