Cause detail: PIPELINE WAS TEMPORARILY OVERPRESSURED (EXCEEDED MAOP BY .7%) WHILE ATTEMPTING TO MOVE A CLEANING PIG THAT WAS SLOWED OR STOPPED USING HIGH PRESSURE DISCHARGE GAS. THE RELIEF VALVE OPENED APPROPRIATELY; HOWEVER, THE PILOT ON THE RELIEF VALVE FAILED TO RESET CAUSING GAS TO VENT TO ATMOSPHERE.
