Cause detail: CORROSION, INTERNAL

Cause detail: A POSSIBLE LEAK WAS REPORTED TO WGP GAS CONTROL AT APPROXIMATELY 1800 HOURS ON 6/11/04. THE NRC WAS CALLED AN HOUR LATER. THE O'BRIAN GROUP WAS DISPATCHED TO CONTAIN AND REMEDIATE A LIGHT CONDENSATE SHEEN ON THE WATER AND TO COORDINATE AGENCY REPORTING. THE LEAK WAS DISCOVERED AT FOUR LEAGUE BAY ON SELA 30" LINE B. THE LINE WAS BLOWN DOWN. UT READINGS REVEALED AN ISOLATED 1/4" PINHOLE AT 6:30 POSITION CAUSED BY INTERNAL CORROSION. DIVERS INSTALLED A HYDROTECH CLAMP. THE CLAMP WAS PRESSURE TESTED AND THE LINE RETURNED TO SERVICE.
