Cause detail: THE PIPE PULLED APART IN THE BOTTOM OF A SMALL CREEK CROSSING. FROM THE INITIAL EVALUATION IT APPEARS THAT HIGH WATER DUE TO HEAVY RAINS CAUSED THE PIPELINE TO FLOAT AND SEPARATE AT A DRESSER COUPLING.
