Cause detail: ON 10/19/2023 AT 4:30 AM CDT, THIRD PARTY NOTIFIED ENTERPRISE OF THE POTENTIAL RELEASE; UPON DISPATCH ENTERPRISE TECHNICIAN OBSERVED FAILED AIR ELIMINATOR AT JUDY JULIBETH STATION; 2 BARRELS OF OIL REACHED THE GROUND. THE LEAK WAS ISOLATED AND SOIL REMEDIATED. THE AIR ELIMINATOR DID NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY BECAUSE OF DEBRIS PREVENTING PROPER SEAL. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE AIR ELIMINATOR WAS ABLE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
