Cause detail: THE STATION OPERATOR WAS MAKING A ROUNTINE CHECK OF THE STATION WHEN THE LEAK WAS DISCOVERED. THE RELEASE WAS CONTAINED INSIDE THE FIREWALL OF TANK # 1655. FURTHER INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THAT THE RELEASE WAS FROM A PINHOLE IN THE 10" HEADER LINE FOR TANK # 1655.
