Cause detail: PICK UP TRUCK FAILED TO STOP AND SPED THROUGH THE "T" SECTION OF HWY 98 (GRAND PRAIRIE HWY) AND CREDEUR ROAD ACROSS THE ROAD DITCH AND INTO THE LIGC 1" FARM TAP RISER & TRANS LA (ATMOS ENERGY) REGULATOR STATION. THE VEHICLE CAME TO REST ON THE 1" RISER AND REGULATOR STATION.
