Cause detail: OPERATOR ON SHIFT WAS MAKING A WALKAROUND WHEN HE DISCOVERED CRUDE OIL RELEASING OUT OF THE 2" PIPING COMING OFF THE BOTTOM OF METER #2'S STRAINER BASKET. INTERNAL CORROSION IN A LOW POINT WAS DETERMINED BY FIELD RADIOGRAPH TO BE THE CAUSE. UPDATED PER BLAINE KEENER E-MAIL DUE TO CHANGES IN PHMSA REPORTING FORM.
