Cause detail: DISCOVERED SMALL LEAK ON PIPELINE, AFTER ANOMALY DIG FOLLOW-UP. DAMAGED AREA WAS FOUND TO BE DUE TO IMPINGEMENT FROM ROCK BED. PIPELINE WAS REPAIRED WITH A PERMANENT WELD SLEEVE.
