Cause detail: INTERNAL CORROSION
Cause detail: KINETIK WAS NOTIFIED OF OIL STAINS ON THE ROW AND DETERMINED THERE WAS AN ONGOING LEAK. KINETIK FOUND TWO LEAKS AND DUG BELL HOLES IN ORDER TO CLAMP THE PINHOLES UNTIL THE PIPE COULD BE REPLACED. KINETIK THEN HAD THE PINHOLES CUT OUT AND REPLACED. THEN THE PIPELINE WAS RESTARTED 4/12/2024 AT 15:00 HRS. CUTOUTS HAVE BEEN SENT TO A LAB FOR ANALYSIS. THE LAB ANALYSIS DETERMINED INTERNAL CORROSION AS THE CAUSE OF THE PINHOLES.
