Cause detail: ON MAY 26, 2024, AT 11:00 A.M., THE OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER (OCC) WAS NOTIFIED OF A RELEASE AT THE OLDHAM TRUST 3871 TIE-IN. APPROXIMATELY TWENTY (20) GALLONS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED. THE RELEASE ORIGINATED FROM THE FAILURE OF THE SOFT SEAT ON A 2-INCH VENT VALVE, RESULTING IN THE VENT VALVE LEAKING AT THE SEAM. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND REPAIRED PROMPTLY.
