GULF SOUTH REMOVED CUSTOMERS FROM THE LINE AND BOTTLE FED CENTER TBS SO THE LINE COULD BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE AND REPAIRED. OPERATIONS HAVE BEEN RESTORED. FINAL REPORT TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER ALL INVOICES ARE RECEIVED.
