Cause detail: FAILED HAZARDOUS GAS DETECTOR CAUSED PARTIAL STATION ESD. UNIT SUCTION ESD VALVE ONLY PARTIALLY CLOSED DUE TO MALFUNCTION IN VALVE ACTUATOR CAUSING CONTINUOUS VENTING EXCEEDING REPORTING CRITERIA. OPERATIONS PERSONNEL SECURED THE AREA AND SHUT-IN THE VENT VALVES.
