Cause detail: WHILE CONDUCTING A FLAME PACK SURVEY ALONG THE 26" PIPELINE A SUSPECTED LEAK WAS FOUND. AFTER EXCAVATION AND INSPECTION THE LEAK WAS FOUND TO BE A PIN HOLE LEAK IN THE TOP OF THE GIRTH WELD AT 12:00 POSITION. PIPELINE WAS TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE AND REPAIRED. REPAIR WAS MADE BY INSTALLING 95" PUP.
