Cause detail: INTERNAL CORROSION
Cause detail: DCP RECEIVED A THIRD PARTY E-MAIL CLAIMING THEY HAD A NASA SATELLITE IMAGE SHOWING A POSSIBLE LEAK ON A COMPANY PIPELINE. DCP INVESTIGATED AND CONFIRMED A LEAK ON THE RR-4 LOW-PRESSURE TYPE R GAS GATHERING LINE. THE LINE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY SHUT IN AND REPAIRED. GAS LOSS WAS DETERMINED AT TIME OF REPAIR TO MEET REPORTING CRITERIA.
