Cause detail: OPERATORS NOTICED A SHEEN ON THE WATER BETWEEN C PLATFORM AND KO #1. OPERATORS ISOLATED THE PIPELINE ON BOTH ENDS BY CLOSING THE MANUAL VALVES AT EACH LOCATION. DIVER FOUND A PINHOLE IN THE PIPELINE AND INSTALLED PLIDCO CLAMP. THE PIPELINE WAS PRESSURE TESTED FOR LEAK AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
