INCIDENT BECAME REPORTABLE WHEN POTENTIAL OF DAMAGE EXCEEDING $50,000 AND/OR ESCAPING EXCEEDING 3 MILLION CUBIC FEET WAS DETERMINED. ALL REPAIRS COMPLETE.
