Cause detail: APPARENT CORROSION IN BOTTOM OF PIPING CAUSING TWO HOLES IN PIPE. ONE HOLE APPROXIMATELY 3/8" IN DIAMETER, SECOND HOLE APPROXIMATELY 1/4" TO 3/8" LONG. HOLES WERE APPROXIMATELY 18" APART. BAKER CHEMICALS ANALYZED SECTION OF PIPE INDICATING CORROSION WAS BACTERIAL IN ORIGIN.
