Cause detail: DURING A NORMAL RECOAT PROJECT, A BUBBLING ON THE PIPE WRAPPING WAS DISCOVERED. WHAT APPEARED TO BE A "POSSIBLE" LEAK WAS NOT MEASURABLE DUE TO ITS SMALL SIZE. A SECTION OF THE PIPING WAS CUT OUT AND SENT FOR ANALYSIS. PIPE WAS TESTED DURING ANALYSIS. TWO SMALL LEAKS WERE FOUND ON THE SEAM. THE CAUSE IS UNKNOWN.
