Cause detail: ON OCTOBER 3, 2025, AT APPROXIMATELY 8:30 A.M., THE OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER (OCC) WAS NOTIFIED OF A RELEASE AT THE GAVILON LEASE AUTOMATIC CUSTODY TRANSFER (LACT) UNIT. APPROXIMATELY ONE (1) BARREL OF CRUDE OIL WAS RELEASED FROM THE DIAPHRAGM GASKET ON THE BACK PRESSURE VALVE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP PROMPTLY.
