Cause detail: OPERATOR EXCAVATION DAMAGE
Cause detail: A CONTRACTOR SHIFTED THE STRUCTURAL BRACING FOR THE MAINLINE VALVE, WHICH DAMAGED THE POWER GAS OPERATOR PIPING TO VALVE 32 ON THE 1201 LINE, WHILE EXCAVATING UNDERNEATH THE VALVE. A NIPPLE ON THE POWER GAS PIPING WAS DAMAGED, REQUIRING THE VALVE SECTION TO BE BLOWN DOWN.
