Cause detail: AS A RESULT OF ARSON THE INTENSE HEAT FROM THE BUILDING FIRE CAUSED THE QUESTAR OWNED SERVICE REGULATOR TO FAIL AND RELEASE GAS. WITH THIS RELEASE OF GAS, THERE WAS A SECONDARY IGNITION AT THE REGULATOR.
