Cause detail: A VERY SMALL LEAK WAS INDENTIFEID AT WC 275 (BUBBLE) WITH NO POLLUTION. THE LEAK WAS A FLANGE SEAL LEAK ON A 36 RTJ FLANGE. THE LINE WAS LEFT IN SERVICE WITH THE PERMISSION OF ALEX ALVARADO WITH BSEE UNTIL A CLAMP COULD BE BUILT AND INSTALLED.
