Cause detail: A CRUDE OIL LEAK OCCURRED AT THE MAVERICK LOCATION OUTSIDE OF LENORAH, TX. APPROXIMATELY ONE BARREL OF PRODUCT WAS RELEASED FROM THE RESULT OF A CRACKED WELD AT A VALVE LOCATION ON A PIG TRAP. DELEK OPERATORS WERE NOTIFIED BY OUR CONTROL CENTER AT APPROXIMATELY 6:20AM. THEY ARRIVED ON SITE AT APPROXIMATELY 6:55AM AND ISOLATED THE LEAK SITE AND SELF REMEDIATED THE CONTAMINATED AREA. ON MAY 22, 2023, THE WELD WAS REPAIRED, AND THE MAVERICK LACT UNIT WAS RESTARTED. THE SITE WAS CLEANED UP AND REPAIRED PROMPTLY.
