Cause detail: A SMALL LEAK WAS DISCOVERED FOLLOWING AN AERIAL PATROL OVER AN AREA OF DEAD VEGETATION. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, A NON-FUSION CRACK 1/4" LONG IN THE LONGITUDINAL SEAM WAS FOUND.
