Cause detail: DOWNED POWER LINE STRUCK GAS CASING VENT. ELECTRICITY TRAVELLED ALONG CASING AND ARCED ONTO TRANSMISSION LINE INSIDE CASING, CAUSING LEAK. TWO OTHER LEAKS WERE DISCOVERED AT LOCATIONS WHERE ELECTRICITY LEFT TRANSMISSION LINE.
